We stand behind our product with an unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your order.

60-day money-back guarantee

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. You do not need to finish the bottle, and we will not ask why. If it did not work for you, you get your money back.

How to request a refund

Email bern@wellness-precision.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm your refund and provide return instructions if a return is needed.

Refund processing

Once your refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping

For most refund requests under the guarantee, you do not need to ship the product back. Where a return is required, we will provide instructions. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
