We aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Here is what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on all orders over $40.
• Orders under $40 are charged a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number where available so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at bern@wellness-precision.com and we will help track it down or arrange a replacement.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
